Compared to last week, a light test of calves sold mostly steady. Supply was light, due to the heavy rain over the last couple of days. The majority of the feeder offering was un-weaned or short weaned calves carrying some fill and/or flesh. Demand was moderate to good. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower with the loss on the lower dressing type cows.

Supply included: 66% Feeder Cattle (49% Steers, 45% Heifers, 6% Bulls); 26% Slaughter Cattle (96% Cows, 4% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (100% Stock Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
