Compared to the last reported sale three weeks ago, steers sold steady and heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher. A couple consignments of attractive yearlings made up the majority of the feeder offering and saw good demand. Supply was light. A light test of slaughter cows sold 3.00-6.00 lower than three weeks ago.
Supply included: 87% Feeder Cattle (28% Steers, 65% Heifers, 8% Bulls); 12% Slaughter Cattle (79% Cows, 21% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Stock Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 55%.
