Compared to last week, feeders sold steady 5.00 higher with most of the gain on the 550-750 lb steers. Supply was light with the wet weather, but some quality consignments still made their way to town. Demand was moderate to good, best for weaned steers and the higher quality heifers. Slaughter cows sold steady to 4.00 higher with the advance on the breaking and boning cows.

Supply included: 85% Feeder Cattle (51% Steers, 39% Heifers, 11% Bulls); 14% Slaughter Cattle (87% Cows, 13% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Stock Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 54%.
