Compared to last week, a light test of steer calves weighing under 700 lbs sold with a firm to higher undertone, a pot load of 785 lb steers traded near 3.00 higher than last week's pot load of very similar quality. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs were very lightly tested with the best test on two pot loads of 675-740 lb heifers selling 2.00-5.00 lower than last week's very active market on similar pot loads with a pot load of 765 lb heifers not tested but sold with a firm undertone. Slaughter cows sold with a firm undertone on a light offering.

Supply included: 96% Feeder Cattle (39% Steers, 61% Heifers); 4% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 69%.
