Compared to last week, 500-550 lb steers sold steady to firm, with 550-600 lbs lightly tested, 600-700 lbs traded 5.00-9.00 higher, with weights over 700 lbs not tested with very light offerings. Feeder heifers weighing 400-500 lb were lightly tested, with 500-600 lbs selling steady to 4.00 higher and 650-700 lbs trading steady. Slaughter cows mostly boning and lean cows sold 4.00-6.00 higher on last week's light offering. Demand was good on a moderate offering with best demand on a good quality offering of 500-700 lb steers and heifers.

Supply included: 89% Feeder Cattle (41% Steers, 59% Heifers); 11% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 55%.
