Compared to last week: Steer and heifer calves mostly steady to 1.00-2.00 higher. Feeder steer and heifer sold mostly steady on limited receipts. Slaughter cows and bulls steady to 1.00-2.00 higher. Trade and demand moderate.
Supply included: 64% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 47% Heifers, 6% Bulls); 20% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 16% Replacement Cattle (69% Bred Cows, 31% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 26%.
