Compared to last week: No accurate comparison for steer and heifer calves, and feeders due to limited comparison sales. But a higher undertone on higher quality. Slaughter cows and bulls 2.00-3.00 higher. Trade and demand active.
Supply included: 58% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 47% Heifers, 6% Bulls); 19% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 23% Replacement Cattle (86% Bred Cows, 9% Bred Heifers, 6% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 16%.
