Compared to last week, steer calves 3.00-4.00 lower. Heifer calves and feeders mostly steady on limited quotes. Slaughter cows mostly steady to 1.00 higher, bulls steady on limited receipts. Trade and demand moderate.
Supply included: 65% Feeder Cattle (61% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 36% Heifers, 2% Bulls); 18% Slaughter Cattle (90% Cows, 10% Bulls); 16% Replacement Cattle (28% Bred Cows, 56% Cow-Calf Pairs, 16% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 23%.
