Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves mostly 1.00-2.00 higher. Feeder steer and heifers were also 1.00-2.00 higher on comparable sales. Trade was moderate demand good. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady 4.00-5.00 higher.
Supply included: 66% Feeder Cattle (51% Steers, 47% Heifers, 2% Bulls); 21% Slaughter Cattle (74% Cows, 26% Bulls); 13% Replacement Cattle (36% Bred Cows, 64% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 11%.
