Compared to last week: Feeder calves were steady. Slaughter cows were steady. Sold a load of char cross calves steers 625 lbs @ $1.33 per lb and heifers 593 lbs @ $1.23 per lb the load weighed 52,395 lbs.
Supply included: 89% Feeder Cattle (49% Steers, 41% Heifers, 10% Bulls); 7% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows); 4% Replacement Cattle (60% Bred Cows, 40% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 34%.
