Compared to last week: Feeder steers were 7-10 higher. Feeder heifers were 3-5 higher. Slaughter cows and bulls were 3-5 higher. Feeder cattle sold in groups are reported in Medium & Large 1-2.
Supply included: 58% Feeder Cattle (51% Steers, 46% Heifers, 3% Bulls); 27% Slaughter Cattle (93% Cows, 7% Bulls); 15% Replacement Cattle (10% Stock Cows, 43% Bred Cows, 6% Bred Heifers, 39% Cow-Calf Pairs, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 12%.
