Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers were 6-11 lower. Slaughter cows were 2-3 lower. Slaughter bulls were steady. Feeder cattle sold in groups are reported in Medium & Large 1-2.
Supply included: 73% Feeder Cattle (45% Steers, 46% Heifers, 9% Bulls); 14% Slaughter Cattle (90% Cows, 10% Bulls); 13% Replacement Cattle (4% Stock Cows, 58% Bred Cows, 4% Bred Heifers, 31% Cow-Calf Pairs, 2% Heifer Pairs, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 11%.
