Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 5.00-17.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 450 lbs sold weaker, over 450 lbs sold 2.00-14,.00 higher. Feeder calf groups were weaned with shots giving them added value and reported as 1-2s. Slaughter cows sold weaker. Slaughter bulls sold 1.00- 11.00 lower.
Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (40% Steers, 51% Heifers, 10% Bulls); 12% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 11% Replacement Cattle (33% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows, 17% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 14%.
