Compared to last week feeder steers sold $4-9 lower. Heifer sold higher $4-10. Slaughter cows sold steady to lower $3. Bulls were higher $4. One load of steers weighing 615# sold for $175.50. One load of heifers weighing 725# sold for $160.
Supply included: 91% Feeder Cattle (34% Steers, 44% Heifers, 22% Bulls); 8% Slaughter Cattle (74% Cows, 26% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (52% Stock Cows, 48% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 15%.
