Compared to last week feeder steers sold steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher. There was good demand for feeder classes. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00h higher. Slaughter bulls sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. There was moderate demand for slaughter classes.
Supply included: 97% Feeder Cattle (44% Steers, 7% Dairy Steers, 39% Heifers, 11% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Cattle (69% Cows, 31% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 56%.
