Compared to last week feeder steers and heifers sold mostly 2.00 to 6.00 higher with instances sharply higher. Demand was good to very good for all feeder classes. Yearlings sold steady to 5.00 higher with good to very good demand. Slaughter cows sold mostly 4.00 to 6.00 higher and slaughter bulls steady to 3.00 higher with good to very good demand for slaughter classes.

Supply included: 82% Feeder Cattle (40% Steers, 3% Dairy Steers, 43% Heifers, 14% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 11% Slaughter Cattle (0% Steers, 1% Heifers, 85% Cows, 14% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (2% Stock Cows, 66% Bred Cows, 13% Bred Heifers, 17% Cow-Calf Pairs, 0% Heifer Pairs, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 44%.
