Compared to last week feeder steers sold mostly steady to 4.00 higher with instances sharply higher and feeder heifers sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher with instances sharply higher. Demand was good to very good for all feeder classes. Slaughter cows sold mostly 3.00 to 7.00 higher and slaughter bulls mostly steady to 3.00 higher with good demand for slaughter classes.

Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (45% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 42% Heifers, 12% Bulls); 16% Slaughter Cattle (0% Steers, 1% Heifers, 85% Cows, 13% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (12% Stock Cows, 57% Bred Cows, 18% Bred Heifers, 9% Cow-Calf Pairs, 1% Heifer Pairs, 3% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 55%.
