Compared to last week feeder steers sold 1.00 to 3.00 lower and feeder heifers 2.00 to 4.00 lower. There was moderate to good demand for all feeders with good offerings and good buyer activity this week. Yearling steers and heifers sold 1.00 to 4.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold mostly steady to 3.00 higher and slaughter bulls steady to 5.00 higher with good to very good demand.

Supply included: 86% Feeder Cattle (36% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 47% Heifers, 16% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (0% Steers, 0% Heifers, 82% Cows, 17% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (5% Stock Cows, 55% Bred Cows, 9% Bred Heifers, 28% Cow-Calf Pairs, 3% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 44%.
