Compared to last week feeder steers under 600 lbs steady-2.00 higher; over 600 lbs sold 2.00-3.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 500 lbs 2.004.00 higher; over 500 lbs steady. Slaughter cows sold 4.00-5.00 lower on lower quality offering, Slaughter bulls sold 20..-3.00 lower. There was good demand for all feeder cattle, with good offerings and good buyer activity this week. Buyers showed good interest in weaned steers and heifers with favorable condition.

Supply included: 86% Feeder Cattle (45% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 43% Heifers, 12% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (1% Steers, 78% Cows, 21% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (89% Bred Cows, 3% Bred Heifers, 8% Cow-Calf Pairs).
