Compared to last week feeders were unevenly steady with feeder steers trending up, steers having a higher demand for weaned calves and more of a premium on fleshy and good steers , feeder heifers were steadily up $1 across the board. Feeder bull calves were up with a good demand for bulls 500-700lbs. Slaughter cows and slaughter bulls were down $1-2, not as high demand.

Supply included: 84% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 43% Heifers, 10% Bulls); 12% Slaughter Cattle (1% Steers, 86% Cows, 13% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (28% Bred Cows, 72% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 63%.
