Compared to last weeks: Feeder steers and feeder heifers sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower, while limited classes of feeders sold steady. The CME corn futures continue to increase ,increasing feed cost and lowering demand for cattle.. Slaughter cows and slaughter bulls sold steady .

Supply included: 83% Feeder Cattle (27% Steers, 41% Heifers, 32% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (74% Cows, 26% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (9% Stock Cows, 85% Bred Cows, 3% Cow-Calf Pairs, 3% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 38%.
