Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were 8.00 to 9.00 higher, boning type slaughter cows were 6.00 to 7.00 higher, and slaughter bulls were 4.00 to 5.00 higher. Feeder cattle were mostly 2.00 to 8.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate to active. Offerings of cattle were fairly heavy. Cattle quality was mostly average to attractive. Some cattle part of local "MAC-Vac" program.

Supply included: 90% Feeder Cattle (31% Steers, 44% Heifers, 25% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 9% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (14% Stock Cows, 71% Bred Cows, 14% Bred Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 22%.
