Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows and slaughter bulls were 4.00 to 6.00 lower, boning type slaughter cows were 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Feeder cattle were mostly 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Demand was moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were very heavy. Cattle quality was average to attractive.

Supply included: 74% Feeder Cattle (22% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 46% Heifers, 32% Bulls); 19% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (7% Stock Cows, 45% Bred Cows, 48% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
