Compared to last week, slaughter cattle were steady to 1.00 higher. Feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average to attractive with several groups of value added feeder cattle. Dairy baby calves ranged 130.00 to 140.00 per head; other "by the head" calves were 120.00 to 160.00.

Supply included: 88% Feeder Cattle (39% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 39% Heifers, 21% Bulls); 9% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 22%.
