Compared to last week, boning type slaughter cows were 4.00 to 5.00 higher, while breaking type slaughter cows were 1.00 to 2.00 lower and slaughter bulls were 11.00 to 12.00 lower. Four-weight feeder steers and bulls were sharply higher and five- and six-weights were mostly 2.00 to 4.00 higher; feeder heifers were mostly 1.00 to 5.00 higher. Demand was good; market activity and buyer interest were active. Offerings of cattle were mostly moderate. Cattle quality was average to attractive. Baby calves ranged 95.00 to 110.00 per head.

Supply included: 82% Feeder Cattle (38% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 37% Heifers, 23% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 18% Slaughter Cattle (77% Cows, 23% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
