Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were 5.00 to 6.00 higher, boning type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 higher, and slaughter bulls were 7.00 to 8.00 higher. Feeder steers were mostly 4.00 to 8.00 higher; heifers were mostly steady to 1.00 higher with some 8.00 to 9.00 higher; and feeder bulls were mixed, 5.00 lower to 3.00 higher. Demand, market activity, and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were fairly heavy. Cattle quality was plain to average. Baby calves ranged 45.00 to 95.00 per head.

Supply included: 87% Feeder Cattle (44% Steers, 34% Heifers, 22% Bulls); 13% Slaughter Cattle (93% Cows, 7% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
