Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were 1.00 to 2.00 lower, while boning type slaughter cows and slaughter bulls were steady to 1.00 higher. Feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were mostly moderate. Offerings of cattle were mostly moderate to heavy. Cattle quality was mostly average. Baby calves ranged 60.00 to 135.00 per head.

Supply included: 80% Feeder Cattle (39% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 42% Heifers, 18% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 13% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (1% Stock Cows, 69% Bred Cows, 30% Cow-Calf Pairs); 2% Slaughter Sheep/Lambs (34% Shorn, 29% Hair Breeds, 21% Ewes, 7% Bucks, 10% Hair Bucks); 3% Slaughter Goats (54% Kids, 17% Nannies/Does, 22% Bucks/Billies, 8% Wethers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 25%.
