Compared to last week slaughter cattle were mostly 1.00 to 3.00 higher, while feeder cattle were steady to 2.00 to 4.00 lower. Trade was moderate with moderate offerings and the quality of cattle being plain to average.

Supply included: 65% Feeder Cattle (28% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 43% Heifers, 28% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 32% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (65% Bred Cows, 35% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 19%.
