Compared to last week, slaughter cows were mostly 1.00 to 4.00 higher, there were limited comparable sales for slaughter bulls, however a higher undertone was noted. Feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate to active. Offerings of cattle were mostly moderate.

Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (29% Steers, 3% Dairy Steers, 39% Heifers, 29% Bulls); 23% Slaughter Cattle (82% Cows, 18% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (33% Bred Cows, 67% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 30%.
