Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 higher, while boning type slaughter cows were 3.00 to 4.00 lower; there were too few slaughter bulls collected to establish an adequate market comparison. Feeder cattle were mostly steady to 7.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were moderate to active. Offerings of cattle were mostly moderate. Cattle quality was average to attractive.

Supply included: 86% Feeder Cattle (14% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 39% Heifers, 44% Bulls); 14% Slaughter Cattle (98% Cows, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 19%.
