Compared to last week, slaughter cows were steady to 2.00 higher, while bulls were 4.00 to 5.00 lower. Feeder cattle were mostly 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good; market activity and buyer interest were fairly active. Offerings of cattle were fairly light. Cattle quality was attractive.

Supply included: 71% Feeder Cattle (22% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 44% Heifers, 33% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 26% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (65% Bred Cows, 35% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
