Compared to last week, breaking type slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 lower and boning type slaughter cows were 6.00 to 7.00 lower; slaughter bulls were 4.00 to 5.00 higher. Feeder steers were unevenly steady; heifers were mostly 5.00 to 6.00 higher; and feeder bulls were mostly 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Demand was good; market activity and buyer interest were active. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average.

Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (26% Steers, 3% Dairy Steers, 51% Heifers, 21% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 17% Slaughter Cattle (94% Cows, 6% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (64% Bred Cows, 36% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 9%.
