Compared to two weeks ago, boning type slaughter cows were 1.00 to 2.00 lower, while breaking type slaughter cows were 5.00 to 6.00 higher on a light test and slaughter bulls were 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Feeder steers were mostly steady to 2.00 lower; heifers were unevenly steady; and feeder bulls were mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Demand was moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were very heavy. Cattle quality was average.

Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (28% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 38% Heifers, 32% Bulls); 20% Slaughter Cattle (87% Cows, 13% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (26% Bred Cows, 74% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 13%.
