Compared to last week, slaughter cattle were mostly steady to 4 higher. Feeder cattle were mostly steady. Demand was moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average. 4 hogs

Supply included: 73% Feeder Cattle (29% Steers, 3% Dairy Steers, 43% Heifers, 25% Bulls); 20% Slaughter Cattle (87% Cows, 13% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (62% Bred Cows, 38% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 18%.
