Compared to last week, slaughter cattle were mostly 2 to 3 lower. Feeder cattle were mostly 2 to 4 higher. demand was moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average. 9 hogs
Supply included: 52% Feeder Cattle (16% Steers, 63% Heifers, 22% Bulls); 38% Slaughter Cattle (96% Cows, 4% Bulls); 10% Replacement Cattle (18% Stock Cows, 53% Bred Cows, 29% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 14%.
