Compared to last week, slaughter cows were steady to 1.00 higher, while bulls were 3.00 to 4.00 lower on a fairly light test. Feeder steers were mostly 2.00 to 6.00 higher; feeder bulls mostly 5.00 to 7.00 higher; five- and six-weight feeder heifers were steady to 3.00 higher, while four-weight heifers were 1.00 to 5.00 lower. Demand was moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average. Baby calves (5 head) ranged 25.00 to 50.00 per head.

Supply included: 74% Feeder Cattle (32% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 42% Heifers, 25% Bulls); 15% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs); 2% Slaughter Sheep/Lambs (36% Hair Breeds, 29% Ewes, 36% Bucks); 8% Slaughter Goats (55% Kids, 20% Nannies/Does, 9% Bucks/Billies, 16% Wethers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 9%.
