Compared to last week, slaughter cattle were 5.00 to 6.00 lower. Feeder cattle were steady to 6.00 lower. Demand was moderate; market activity and buyer interest were moderate. Offerings of cattle were moderate. Cattle quality was average. Baby calves ( 26 head ) ranged 25.00 to 115.00 per head.

Supply included: 73% Feeder Cattle (36% Steers, 37% Heifers, 28% Bulls); 17% Slaughter Cattle (84% Cows, 16% Bulls); 2% Slaughter Sheep/Lambs (71% Hair Breeds, 5% Ewes, 24% Bucks); 8% Slaughter Goats (73% Kids, 4% Nannies/Does, 17% Bucks/Billies, 6% Wethers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 21%.
