Compared to last week: Slaughter cows 4.00-7.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 3.00 higher. Packer demand very good. Cow numbers very light as wheat harvest is in full swing across the state and farmers are busy in the field.
Supply included: 50% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 35% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 15% Replacement Cattle (71% Bred Cows, 29% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
