Compared to last week: Slaughter cows steady. Slaughter bulls steady to 2.00 higher with a light test. Demand moderate to good. Quality average with several attractive Bred-Cows offered. A total of 494 cows and bulls sold with 46 percent going to packers.
Supply included: 54% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 37% Slaughter Cattle (92% Cows, 8% Bulls); 10% Replacement Cattle (93% Bred Cows, 7% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
