Compared to last week: Slaughter cows mostly steady to 2.00 higher coming off last week's higher market. Slaughter bulls 1.00-2.00 higher. Packer demand good to very good. A total of 195 cows and bulls sold with 30 percent going to packers.
Supply included: 60% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 15% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 25% Replacement Cattle (50% Bred Cows, 12% Bred Heifers, 38% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
