Compared to last week: Slaughter cows traded 5.00-10.0 lower with most declines being seen on heavier weight cows. Slaughter bulls mostly 3.00-5.00 lower. Demand light as heavy runs continue due to the drought stricken area.
Supply included: 11% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 83% Slaughter Cattle (99% Cows, 1% Bulls); 6% Replacement Cattle (95% Bred Cows, 5% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
