Compared to last week: Slaughter cows mostly steady to 1.00 higher, except Breaker cows 3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 3.00 lower. Packer demand moderate. Receipts included several nice young open cows and short bred cows.
Supply included: 8% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 57% Slaughter Cattle (93% Cows, 7% Bulls); 35% Replacement Cattle (44% Stock Cows, 39% Bred Cows, 5% Bred Heifers, 12% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
