Compared to last week: Slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold mostly steady. Demand good for all classes. Quality good with few attractive. A total of 542 cows and bulls sold with 47 percent going to packers. Heavy rains and cooler temperatures moved across the trade area this week.

Supply included: 15% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 40% Slaughter Cattle (87% Cows, 13% Bulls); 45% Replacement Cattle (19% Stock Cows, 59% Bred Cows, 1% Bred Heifers, 20% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
