Compared to last week: Slaughter cows sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold steady to 3.00 higher. Demand average to good. Quality average with few attractive. There was a break in the rain most of Thursday, but more rain in the forecast for the weekend and into next week. A total of 458 cows and bulls sold with 43 percent going to packers.

Supply included: 22% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 33% Slaughter Cattle (65% Cows, 35% Bulls); 44% Replacement Cattle (10% Stock Cows, 58% Bred Cows, 0% Bred Heifers, 29% Cow-Calf Pairs, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
