Compared to last week: Slaughter cows sold mostly steady. Slaughter bulls sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. Demand good for all classes. Quality good. Many good quality replacement cattle on offer today. A total of 531 cows and bulls sold with 40 percent going to packers.
Supply included: 14% Feeder Cattle (100% Steers); 34% Slaughter Cattle (71% Cows, 29% Bulls); 52% Replacement Cattle (26% Stock Cows, 64% Bred Cows, 10% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 0%.
