Compared to last week: Steers 4.00-6.00 higher, while some weight classes had a slightly lower undertone noted. Heifers traded unevenly steady. Quality good. Demand good. Slaughter cows 4.00 higher. Light weight slaughter cows 3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 5.00 higher.
Supply included: 82% Feeder Cattle (35% Steers, 51% Heifers, 13% Bulls); 18% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (14% Bred Heifers, 86% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 14%.
