Compared to last week: Sleet and freezing temperatures throughout the trade area kept receipts too few to establish a proper trend. Demand moderate. Slaughter cows 6.00-9.00 higher. Slaugter bulls 7.00 higher.
Supply included: 79% Feeder Cattle (41% Steers, 46% Heifers, 13% Bulls); 18% Slaughter Cattle (93% Cows, 7% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (63% Bred Cows, 38% Bred Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 13%.
