Compared to last week: Ice covering the entire trade area kept receipts too few to establish a trend. Demand good. Quality mostly plain. Slaughter cows and bulls 2.00 higher, both in a light test.
Supply included: 84% Feeder Cattle (57% Steers, 36% Heifers, 8% Bulls); 16% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (83% Bred Cows, 17% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 41%.
