Compared to last week, all classes of feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Slaughter cows were steady. Slaughter bulls were steady. There were moderate offerings of mostly average quality cattle with active buyer participation.

Supply included: 82% Feeder Cattle (25% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 37% Heifers, 38% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (25% Stock Cows, 13% Bred Cows, 50% Cow-Calf Pairs, 13% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Goats (43% Kids, 17% Nannies/Does, 35% Bucks/Billies, 4% Wethers); 1% Feeder Pigs (100% Pigs); 1% Slaughter Hogs (70% Barrows & Gilts, 20% Sows, 10% Boars). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
