Compared to last week feeder cattle were steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter cows and bulls were steady . Average offering of average to plain quality cattle with active buyer participation.
Supply included: 72% Feeder Cattle (28% Steers, 42% Heifers, 30% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (29% Stock Cows, 59% Bred Cows, 12% Cow-Calf Pairs); 12% Slaughter Goats (60% Kids, 28% Nannies/Does, 9% Bucks/Billies, 3% Wethers); 1% Replacement Goats (100% Nannies/Does); 1% Slaughter Hogs (71% Barrows & Gilts, 14% Sows, 14% Boars). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 18%.
